2003/2004 Master plan
This plan looks forward attending the entity necessities in reference to its operational performance and relationship with its diverse public, through the systematization and optimization of its current logistic and economic resources.
Objectives
Through the activities of administration, communication, marketing, research and specific projects, to proceed towards a permanent and organized character, in the sense of unifying the speech in every moment that the entity is required.
Through a continuos and persistent work, to implement ideas such as:
a) development of modern techniques, from the forest implantation to its harvest, from the final product until its trade;
b) modernity, competitivety and productivity through the sectors technological development;
c) a modern entity, acting and efficient in the defense of the sectors interest, as well as of the whole society.

For this plans good performance, the establishment of clear politics, capable of orientating the entitys activities, permanently focusing the social-political-economical context to which ABIMCI belongs.

Objectives
- To consolidate ABIMCI as representative of its associated next to a diversity of agents: market, consumer, supplier, class entities, educational entities, government, press, public opinion, etc.
- To contribute for the sectors development and improvement.
- To increase the number of associates.
- To stimulate a larger consensus through specific policies for the domestic and international market, inclusive by establishing partnerships with resellers.
